Dr. Ryan is a thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable practitioner as well as an advocate for pelvic health. Her exercise programs are individualized and carefully designed to address concerns. She’s gifted at working with high specificity and supporting the body as it heals. I highly recommend her!

My midwife recommended that I reach out to Ryan during the third trimester with my first baby. Ryan was very responsive and respectful as she helped me determine the root of my problems. She created a corrective plan that was easy to follow without getting overwhelmed. Her birth packet is also a wealth of knowledge that simplifies mentally and physically preparing for birth.
