I have worked with Dr. Bailey multiple times for various concerns. She was a critical part of increasing my knowledge and preparedness during my pregnancy, her virtual visits helped calm my nerves before birth, and the home visits in postpartum were so helpful. My midwife recommended that I reach out to Ryan during the third trimester with my first baby. Ryan was very responsive and respectful as she helped me determine the root of my problems. She created a corrective plan that was easy to follow without getting overwhelmed. Her birth packet is also a wealth of knowledge that simplifies mentally and physically preparing for birth. Her advice helped me improve my symptoms and achieve a successful home birth! I'm very grateful for all of her help!
I am so happy to report that pelvic floor therapy exercises and education with expecting pelvic health helped me achieve my amazing vaginal delivery!! I wanted pelvic floor therapy to increase my chances of a vaginal delivery, and decrease my pushing time as a first time mom. I contacted Dr. Bailey while halfway through my third pregnancy as I had some flair ups with a condition I experienced my second pregnancy. From the very first meeting with her I felt heard, comfortable and confident in the exercises I was given.
