I started working with Ryan after multiple abdominal surgeries left me with a good deal of scar tissue, chronic muscle and organ pain, and a very dysregulated nervous system. Dr. Ryan is a thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable practitioner as well as an advocate for pelvic health. Her exercise programs are individualized and carefully designed to address concerns. She’s gifted at working with high specificity and supporting the body as it heals. I highly recommend her!
