I am so happy to report that pelvic floor therapy exercises and education with expecting pelvic health helped me achieve my amazing vaginal delivery!! I wanted pelvic floor therapy to increase my chances of a vaginal delivery, and decrease my pushing time as a first time mom. I contacted Dr. Bailey while halfway through my third pregnancy as I had some flair ups with a condition I experienced my second pregnancy. From the very first meeting with her I felt heard, comfortable and confident in the exercises I was given. We have set attainable goals each time we have met and I have seen great progress in my results. Dr. Bailey is very knowledgeable, and kind. I have seen a huge difference in my postpartum recovery this time around and am so thankful to have found her!
Have greatly enjoyed working with Dr. Bailey - I really needed someone who could meet ME where I was/am and not just where the data/statistics put me. I've felt heard and like I get something out of the visit every time I see her.
It has been such a joy working with Dr. Ryan. Not only does she spend quality one on one time with you for an hour each session while doing it she is always so good at explaining the whys. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and tailors your program to your needs switching exercises weekly based on progress. I highly recommend this to any woman especially postpartum moms!
