Took my daughter and i to get our nails done. I’m currently 9 months pregnant, having my maternity photos tomorrow. The lady doing my pedicure, cuts deep into my skin. Says you’re okay. I’m bleeding and she proceeded to pour rubbing alcohol on it. So its burning. She shapes my nails the way she wanted to. I wanted them square and she said no round is better. This place is terrible. The location is so convenient so I really wanted to love it. The owners/employees are just so careless definitely all about quantity over quality. They seem to hate having to paint little girls nails. They drill your nails way too much! They don’t focus on what they are doing, constantly looking outside, taking calls and talking to each other. Went to get a mani pedi today. The girl doing my pedicure cut me and didn't even acknowledge that she cut me even when her gloves had my blood on them for the rest of the pedicure. The guy doing the manicure cut me with one of the tools, he was buffing the dip on my nails and hit my skin. He was also very distracted and got up multiple times to take a personal call during the service. My nails were already short and he filed them down till they were gone now they feel raw. The lady screwed up the service of a pedicure kept trying to upsale the service and I left with my toe screwed up. She also gave me cuts and kept stabbing me with the metal tool
