I would not recommend Expat Tax Professionals for anyone with a complex first-year expat filing. I paid a premium expecting accuracy and expertise, but the experience fell far short of what was promised for my 2024 filing. Despite providing all documents, explanations, and clarifications upfront, my return was filed incorrectly. I was initially told I was due a refund of around $5,000, but when the IRS processed the return, I actually owed about $10,000.
