I wish I had been able to locate this business. I'm a researcher and I still couldn't! I searched Facebook and Yelp. I searched the BBB website. The number on Google is different from the number on the website. The number on the website returned a Verizon automated message saying that number is out of service. The phone number on Google connected to a woman who said that number is not this business. I then looked on Nextdoor where they were recommended and still no contact info. I wish I could have given this business 5 stars. Chad really seemed genuine, so in addition to the grading, sodding, island work, that I had done at my home last October, I also contracted him to do the Christmas decorating at my workplace. I had to wait until the next summer when the grass turned green to see the quality of the sodding. I am very happy with the sodding and the grading. Expansion Grading was wonderful! Highly recommend! Ask for Chad he was so easy and understanding and I couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out and his expertise.

We hired Chad Kaney at Expansion grading to build a 1100 ft 3 rail farm fence for us, and a 12 ft electronic dual gate. He did an outstanding job with helping us pick the right gate and the right features. His pricing and professionalism was unmatched compared to the 3 estimates that we already had gotten. Wow! Me and my wife are so amazed at how fast these guys work! Knowing the size of my yard I figured two days at a minimum, nope finished in one day flat. 5000 square feet of zeon zoysia and all grading plus removal of old grass and debris. They came and left like they were never even here lol. Very professional outfit. The price was great, contract process was seamless with the E sign sent to my email.
