First I believe Dr. Dickman is a wonderful provider. My issue is with this business. First I had a appointment on a Monday. I received a call the Friday before my appointment and they told me I had to give them my credit card and pay my balance or I was not allowed to be seen! This is less then 24 hours notice and when I call the lady back I just get a voice mail. I am going through a tragedy in my life and it's apparently more important to get mu copay then to be seen! Psychiatrist was great! Very personable and able to make me laugh while dealing with all of my questions that were brought up.
Love this place!! Not too sure why there not getting back to my mom though? She's trying to be a patient there? So far they are great at getting back to you & scheduling appointments was super easy!! Thanks guys!!!
This place is terrible at getting back to clients/patients. Emails go unanswered for days on end. Thing is, most people seeking mental health services need support and accountability. They shouldn’t be left hanging for days or weeks, especially after a practitioner has agreed to work with them . (We’re not calling a retailer to see if they have an item we desire. Then a lack of a response wouldn’t be very important.) But mental health care is medical care. Most doctors would never behave like this. What’s the story with this... read more
