Psychiatrist was great! Very personable and able to make me laugh while dealing with all of my questions that were brought up.
Love this place!! Not too sure why there not getting back to my mom though? She's trying to be a patient there? So far they are great at getting back to you & scheduling appointments was super easy!! Thanks guys!!!
This place is terrible at getting back to clients/patients. Emails go unanswered for days on end. Thing is, most people seeking mental health services need support and accountability. They shouldn’t be left hanging for days or weeks, especially after a practitioner has agreed to work with them . (We’re not calling a retailer to see if they have an item we desire. Then a lack of a response wouldn’t be very important.) But mental health care is medical care. Most doctors would never behave like this. What’s the story with this... read more
My provider left me hanging when she joined your team during a med taper and it was one of the most ridiculous things to ever happen to me and destroyed my taper schedule
