I cannot recommend Carl enough. I was looking for a home in Florida while living in Massachusetts. Carl hung in there with me for a year (without ever having met me). He remained vigilant throughout my location changes, budget changes and condo vs single family home decision. Each time he rolled with it and changed up his search. Once we were finally ready to come down and see properties, we had a flight delay.
