I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with this realtor company. They were the listing agent for the property we recently purchased. Garret Hoag was the listing agent. Before closing, we were told that a roof leak would be repaired and taken care of. They assured us it was fixed — but barely a month after closing, the exact same area started leaking again. A Exp realtor disclosed client information while selling my home and before a deal with the buyer had been secured raising serious ethical and legal concerns. When brought to management's attention they showed no concern and stood behind their agents unethical behavior.
