I am disturbed by Arthur's lack of professionalism. He treats customers like they are just a piece of cash. There is little to no follow up or follow through from him and you are left high and dry to figure out the process on your own. He truly does not care if you find a place that is a good fit for you, as long as he gets his check. When you use him, you do it all on your own and he signs the paperwork.
