Jen and Brian are both Amazing. Jen's energy and customer service really make you feel welcomed when you walk in. Brian took the time to explain the process to my 12-year-old and reassure her. The shop is spotless and I love the fact Brian opens everything in front of you. I also got my nose pierced while we were there for earings, which I love!! Thank you, Jen and Brian.
