Please do not travel or pay exoticca travel. its fake advertising, they just write good things and show great pictures, put fake stars on hotels at destinations but they don't deliver at level you pay! This is from a personal expectance, we were attacked at the hotel of their choice on the first night arrival! Do not book a trip with this company. My friend and I booked a guided tour to Turkey. During one of our domestic flights that they got for us, our driver was not at the airport. We waited for an hour before calling. They then sent a driver to pick us up and take to our hotel. When calling to complain, they first tried to lie and say that our driver was waiting for us the entire time. Może kiedyś to było warte uczestnictwa biuro ale ostatnio trudno znaleźć pozytywne słowa. Wróciłam 2 dni temu z wycieczki do Ekwadoru i Galapagos. Totalny chaos organizacyjny. Właściciel biura traktował uczestników jako sponsorów jego wycieczki i sesji zdjęciowych.Na czynione uwagi reagował złośliwym zachowaniem i napiętnowaniem. Exoticca Travel sold us each of us a $1300 flight seat upgrade as part of our package to Egypt, then put us in Economy and told us tough luck, no refund. We are furious and are pursuing it through the State of Florida Consumer Services Division and TravelZoo, who promoted the booking. From the past reviews, this company was better to deal with years ago. For now, STAY AWAY.
No communication! No customer service! We did the Treasures of Anatolia 9-day tour back in 11-2021. Exottica Travel left us stranded... Exottica Travel left us stranded in Hanoi. we asked them to change our flights returning to Canada to return early (March 2nd rather than March 6th in large part due to CoVid). They agreed to (after initially telling us only the airline could do this) and charged a change fee of $250 US for 2 of us. This was done February 28th.
