Customer service is excellent, products are top of line. Friendly staff, they make everyone feel welcome. I have been going to Exotica Skin Care for at least 20years, when Kris first started her business. I highly recommend Exotica Skin care. So don’t miss your opportunity to try them.
Haven’t had their services , but it’s because the response and tone of an email I have received from a Kris . They won’t be getting any service from me. Lacks professionalism and understanding . Seems they care about money more than customers and by reading some review replies they love to respond with pettiness.
I have been to Exotica Skin Care twice now and both times, Kris has been lovely. I found her via Groupon and she is wonderful. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and Kris gets straight to business when she waxes you, getting the job done quickly. I have been very satisfied with her services and will continue to go here.
