Awesome class great instructor very helpful and beginner friendly
I had so much fun at my intro to pole class. I had no prior experience and am not naturally confident when it comes to my body, which is why I wanted to start taking pole classes. I want that type of confidence and being in the class with confident and supportive women, I already feel like I made progress in that area. I was able to do the moves we went through and learned a routine by the end of class (not perfect, but definite progress :)) Definitely recommend this studio. This was the most fun I’ve ever had working out.
