We signed up with Kara on the Exotic Travel Services website, and were excited for the trip. After conversing with her by email, we made the trip out to what was our worst trip ever. The resort, which they've chosen to go back to two years in a row, is absolutely horrible. Our worst trip taken, ever. The food was barely edible. We were asked "Do you think this is beef?
