I had an extremely disappointing experience with Chris and his associate while they attempted to do a headlight restoration. It quickly became evident that they were unprepared for the job, as they didn’t even bring the right tools. I had to lend them my own, which is unacceptable. Not only did they fail to clean the headlights properly, but they also left noticeable marks all over them. To make matters worse, while trying to clean, they sanded the car's paint.
