We absolutely love the Exotic Pet Clinic. We have ducks and hardly anyone in the area will see a duck! We’ve had 2 almost emergency situations with our girls and they have gone above and beyond for our family. They’re super communicative, even after we got home, and I was always surprised by how reasonable the cost is. Highly recommend and feel super lucky they’re so close!

REPLY TO CLINIC: 19 Tapo cam videos & 2 other videos dated March 21 (the last day the bunny was at my place) on the YouTube account BunnyBoughtFromRoadieRoo prove that he was NOT healthy, unless you mean that frequent ear-itches are normal in lop-eared rabbits confirmed to NOT have ear infections or wax-buildup. Cameras can't capture what's behind opaque objects, so those videos are a small subset. I highly recommend Exotic Pet Clinic of Santa Cruz. I appreciate their friendliness, compassion, and deep knowledge of exotics. The staff and doctors at Exotic Pet Clinic of Santa Cruz are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. They are patient and compassionate and provide excellent care for my guinea pigs. My macaw was in a very bad infection situation and with no hesitation they had my pet the same day I called them. They were friendly, and I really love the way they treat my pet. Another thing I really love about them, they continue texting me about my pet after they release her from two nights she was with them. They were very good responding to every question I had. I really recommend Exotic Pet Clinic as your primary vet.

First time taking my dwarf hamster to the vet and I was so nervous because I’ve heard horror stories of vets not knowing how to properly care for exotic pets. I came from Santa Clara and it was certainly worth the 30 minute drive for the excellent care we got. It was as great as all the reviews here say.
