This is definitely not a good clinic to take your new pet because the vets are likely to not be thorough. Also, take a look at how many other reviews some of the reviewers have submitted on Google - some of the reviews seem to be fake. Very thorough and knowledgeable. This is our first time taking our snake to a very, they asked lots of questions and gave us so much more advice. We knew he was in great hands! I could tell how much they cared about our snake!

They have saved our bunny, Cream Puff’s life more than 4 times. He has a sensitive digestion and bacteria developed in his digestion. Today the veterinarian found out the reason. All staff are friendly, the front desk ladies respond promptly each time. The clinic is clean. I can’t find any defects about this clinic. It’s a bit far from my home but it is absolutely worth the drive. Thank you very much.
The entire team at the Exotic Pet Clinic demonstrates the highest level of professionalism and compassion. They treat every animal with genuine love and care, and I fully trust them with my pet bunny. Dr. Stern , Lisa, Nikki, Mike, Amber and every staff member I’ve encountered have been incredibly kind and supportive, especially during stressful moments in my bunny’s treatment. Their reassurance and care made a difficult process much easier, and I would highly recommend them to all exotic pet owners.
