I have been going there for 5 months now and have seen the different people. All exceptional work. I had an acrylic full set put on that I changed my mind and had them take off and switched to gel. X nails and I've also had a deluxe pedicure and would recommend them all. I was previously a cosmetologist for 16 years and their shop is one of the cleanest I've ever seen.
I asked for gel color on hands and regular on toes for mani/pedi. Never asked for anything above and beyond but somehow I received a leg massage. I had to wait for someone to open doors where 4 of us were waiting. This guy messed up 3 toes and had to redo. I did NOT get the color I wanted for gel but thought it was the lighting. I asked if my toes were dry and when I got home they were messed up. I tipped 20% plus and no thank yous - they were rushed but certainly pointed out the Venmo for giving the tip. The woman who did my nails used the UV dryer way too much on my hands…I got the same color on my hands and feet. Hands gel, regular polish on feet. I got the same color on both.
I give this place another attempt after many years. I was very pleased with the new owner! Pedicure and manicure was wonderful experience. Although the manicure was not very pleasing and looked poorly done within the first few days, I called to request a re-do and KYO did a good wonderful job redoing them for me. They are the most perfect nails I have ever gotten, and would come back to see him again!
Great first experience at Exotic Nails yesterday. My nail tech was very kind and gentle, and I LOVE how my nails turned out. They were very busy as it was a Saturday but I didn’t feel rushed at all.
