The lady is really nice but the guy is extremely rude. They have new owners. I miss the old owners. Don't think I'm coming back.

I recently went in to try out their new eye lash thing. WORSE IDEA EVER! It burned in the process, and she put way too much glue that now it's dried as hard as rock. I told her that it burned and she just continued to do it and said it was normal. Then told me to use vasaline for 5min then a hot towel to remove. WELL IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! The glue won't get soft for me to take it off. I only got 1side off!! WORSE 1ST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE.

I went to get gels (like the other reviewer) at a spot in Detroit near my house. They were awful and come to find out, weren't even gel. When the time came for a fill, I decided to just drive until I found another place. That's how I stumbled across Exotic Nails in Warren. The owners are wonderful! Very friendly and sweet. The gentleman who did my nails used the gel and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! (the process was completely different than my initial so called "gel" nails) They look fantastic and very natural! This nail salon is family owned and the have the best Nail Techs in the area. I had a problem with another salon - I wanted GELS but I was given ACRYLICS and after one day they lifted and they were catching on everything, they were horrible. I went into this salon and John fixed it without hesitation and gave me his best opinion on what to do. I will return to them in a week to get a NEW full set of REAL GELS
