Bad customer service.They don't want to do your nails the way you want them done. They want to do them the way they want to. When you try to tell them, they get mad. Stay away from This is my respond. A month ago I was scheduled to get my nails done by Karen. Which I made appointment 3 days prior. She was double booked with someone else but I came in first so she had to do my nails and she rushed through them. I was upset, but I came back in 3 weeks.
