Absolutely horrible experience with Exotic Limos. We booked with them for our debutante ball and on the day only ONE limo showed up, leaving people stranded and stressed on what was supposed to be a special day. The company completely ignored our calls and messages while we were trying to figure out what was happening. After everything, we never even received a proper apology. Terrible service, never even showed up for a group of Lady’s and gentleman trying to get to their debutante ball! no contact! no warning! Ruined the experience, Ruined the loyalty to the service and definitely do not recommend
Cannot recommend Exotic Limo enough! From the moment we enquired, through to very end of our day, we felt like absolute VIP's. Communication with the team was so seamless and we very much appreciated the check-in call the week before the wedding to ensure all the details were up to date!
