If this is a duplicate review I apologize, but I didnt see it post. I have over 13 tattoos and I wne to exotic ink to get them to cover up one that I was unable to ge tfinished while in Germany. I paid $300 and he did a great job, so I went back three days later to get my other arm done and I paid hime $400 for that one. first I forgot to mention he still had touch up work on the other one. but the nightmare was with my new arm.
