customers Used to be a great business but for the past year, freshwater stock may be ok but his saltwater selection blows! We've had to go out of town if we wanted anything new,as all my friends do, and we just bought a fish from him because we happened to stop in for the first time in weeks and he sold US a fish that bombarded my tank with ich! Then while venting,turns out two of my friends are boycotting his business cause same thing happened to them! For the sake of your fish, I recommend staying away!!!
Thanks Jim! My husband just put in a backyard pond & we know nothing about fish whatsoever. I just went to Exotic Fish this afternoon & Jim took time to show me all the pond fish & answer all (and they were many) my questions. He's just great!! I will be going back next weekend to buy more fish. It's no wonder at all that he had a store full of customers on a Sunday afternoon.
This fish store is top notch! I've been a customer at Exotic Fish for about 5 years now and let me tell you about their customer service. It's the best in the state! The owner and his son are helpful, kind, and go out of their way to help you out when needed. I'm active duty Air Force and when my nation needed me to leave the country Exotic Fish was there when my wife had a problem with the tank. Great fish shop I trust these guys implicityly. They do a wonderful job of stocking rare tropical and saltwater fish for tanks. They helped me through the process of preparing and cycling my new tank...I'd never had saltwater fish before.
About the only tropical fish game going The people who run this store are incredibly knowledgeable about what they do and the pets they sell. I had never had a salt water tank before, and they got me through each and every painful step in the set up and preparation for putting in live sea animals. Considering how far away from the coast we are, and that there didn't' seem to be much business for a store of this type...they had a great selection.
