Outstanding experience from start to finish. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and treats every car with real care and attention to detail. Communication was clear, turnaround was fast, and the quality of work speaks for itself. Highly recommend for anyone who expects top-tier service.
Terrible experience: I paid more than $800 for two carbon parts. One was sent deeply scratched. They offered to keep it until a replacement arrived (2-4 weeks), and I accepted. After 3 months, they just disappeared. They did not reply to my emails, and this is it: $800 to get a better-looking part, which is actually sold defective and worse than the original.
I have just received the pieces and Exotic Car Gear have blown me away. The quality of the work and the way they handled the details were beyond what I could have expected. Thank you so much. You have made this old man very happy on this project.
I can not say enough great things about this business and David the owner. If you have an exotic car and want to modify it, they can accomplish anything you can think of. I purchased a large set of parts from their website, and after a failed attempt at a different shop, who like most was great at marketing and full of empty promises, David invited me to his shop in PA.
