RENT ELSEWHERE!! I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now and have more than 6 rentals in my history. They have always treated me fairly until now. I will never rent a car from Enterprise again! Each store has different rental policies but they're not independent stores. If you have an out of state license and you don't use credit cards, don't bother going to this place.
Xavier Wolf called me a nasty derogatory name. He was upset he had to work and took it out on me and my daughter. For a so called black man to call another black woman out of her name is beyond ridiculous and very degrading. I wonder what he thinks about his own mother.
