Takara lawrence is a the most disgusting worker out there talking with all that attitude and not respectful at all asking for utility bills to rent a car for 2 days it’s non sense in my opinion i swear i would stay far away from this place because it was a waste of time and i’m never going back there not welcome at all speaking with attitude like she owns the cars i’m just trying to make a payment and she needs documents like I’m gonna purchase a house what a disaster disrespectful as hell TAKARA LAWRENCE

I've never written a negative review on this platform, just because I don't believe in sharing something so negative in public, but feel so strongly compelled to give Exotic Car collections/Enterprise one because of the experience we had. The pickup experience was great -- Asher was great in walking through the car options we had, we were able to pick out the car we wanted and were ready to pick it up on the day. Pickup experience was good even though the car initially we were coming for was not available we got another one and was happy with it based on the initial interaction but it was deceptive because the return experience was horrible. They are basically stealing your money by not providing you with specific information. When picked up, we were given a friendly lax communication of you can just return it around this time no rush. We tried to clarify if there was an exact time but was not given any range. So we returned it a few... read more
