I was so surprised how fast and easy this place was to rent a car. Zero issues and was the quickest pick up and drop off ever. Thank you enterprise team for such great service!
The service factor is lacking.The cars are excellent.There are not enough people to service long lines of customers.They never answer the phone as they are too busy trying to serve customers.Such poor service drives customers to the many competitors who will try to give service. The billing is sloppy and careless.I may have been overbilled but there is no one to talk to.Communication is all but impossible. C’mon guys.Clean up your act and listen to valid complaints or you will lose good customers.
