Brian Brown assistant manager was trying to convince me get more expensive rental, which I didn't need. After securing a reservation for compact car he told me that car is not available for me amd the booking system stating the cars are available is not updated. Sounds like a typical upsell practice, left the location by uber and won't be back

John was very friendly and shuttled me from my mechanic shop to Enterprise. He also held a large umbrella over me while I transferred my belongings into my rental car since it was absolutely pouring. He gave me exceptional customer service from start to finish! Marc, however is extremely unprofessional and rude. From the start, he had an unwelcoming demeanor and made me uncomfortable. Horrible experience with the rental. Several mechanical problems. We had three cars for one rental contract. Unaccommodating Enterprise staff that do not accept responsibility and take accountability for their mistakes. Enterprise people act like they only control their own actions and do not recognize that our contract is with the Enterprise not them personally. Enterprise adds charges to close out of contact that are illegitimate; charged us $5.37/ gallon for fuel (gas is available in our home market where contract closed ... read more
