The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental car, lied about prices, added random charges onto my rental and then I contacted them and they provided absolutely 0 customer support and couldn’t explain the charges either. They added charges I’ve never even heard of even thought I’ve rented from enterprise before that never had the same charges applied.
Great experience. The representatives were friendly and helpful and got me on the road quickly.
Excellent service
Shout out to Gerardo! Great experience using Enterprise.
