We went to pick up a vehicle as part of an insurance claim for a wreck caused by someone with AllState Insurance. We had no choice but Enterprise. We asked for a GM product as my wife was familiar with the controls on her Cadillac XT5. We were given a Chevy Trailblazer -- smaller than the XT5 but acceptable -- but when the Enterprise employee gave her the Fob, it didn't work well and he had to repeatedly push the buttons to get the door to open.
