Honestly, the manager his name is heaven He is really good at his job and I recommend people come and rent from this Exotic rentals. I always have a really good experience with these people.

Excellent customer service! They called me a few days before the rental to clear up the details and answer any questions. They have a few newer porshe 911s in the fleet now. Great service!

Poor customer service. I received nothing but a complete run around. I called multiple times and left 1 voicemail. I got an email for someone through a company representative and the email was responded to several hours later. Their response basically said it's not their job to help me and directed me to email 2 other people. I sent the 2 other people an email and got an auto response from one of the emails that said the message could not be delivered from a non company email and the other person never responded. Agree with the last reviewer - complete douche of customer service. The advertised cost was around 200$ per day, with insurance and fees came to more than 700$ for two days. I found a better deal elsewhere and explained why and canceled and the company “lol”ed at me. Like, all you had to was shut the f up. But they went out of their way to taunt me. So im going out of my way to leave a bad review.

The worst customer service ever. If you can rent someone else do so. I was told by the manager to go to Hertz or any other place if I didn’t like their customer service There are signs saying you can rent with a debit card but you can’t!!!!
