Honestly, the manager his name is heaven He is really good at his job and I recommend people come and rent from this Exotic rentals. I always have a really good experience with these people.
Excellent customer service! They called me a few days before the rental to clear up the details and answer any questions. They have a few newer porshe 911s in the fleet now. Great service!
Poor customer service. I received nothing but a complete run around. I called multiple times and left 1 voicemail. I got an email for someone through a company representative and the email was responded to several hours later. Their response basically said it's not their job to help me and directed me to email 2 other people. I sent the 2 other people an email and got an auto response from one of the emails that said the message could not be delivered from a non company email and the other person never responded.
