We made a reservation for a car but they gave our car away to someone else . Then wouldn’t honor the price and get us another car and instead wanted to charge us double the price for getting no car ! Who charges 500 dollars and doesn’t give the customer a car ? Or a refund at least for giving away there reservation?
I ordered a luxury car via Expedia and when I went to pick it up they downgraded me and told me that I could only have a luxury car with a "valid credit card" I had two visa credit/debit cards and they said that wouldn't work. This is bullcrap as I was able to get a luxury car in El paso no issues with the same card. Then after he tells me this he then trys to upsell me a SUV! So how the hell can you tell me I can't have the car I ordered online WITH A CC but it's OK to upcharge me for a SUV? Do yourselves a favor and stay f... read more
