I love this location! Ryan, the manager, and all the employees, go above and beyond EVERY TIME I rent, making me feel super loyal to Enterprise. I joined the club, I rent only from them and they keep reminding me that "great customer service" still exists! (Or at least it does at the Flamingo and Decatur location of Enterprise rental cars in Las Vegas NV! )
I rented from Enterprise for a one-way road trip across several states and the experience was excellent overall. Pickup was quick, the agent walked me through a thorough inspection, and the car was clean, modern, and comfortable for long days on the highway. The assisted cruise control was a godsend and the Corolla I had averaged about 40mpg which made driving very affordable. We rented a car at one of the Las Vegas locations, one way to Indiana. The staff at the Las Vegas office was professional, kind and extremely helpful. The car was appropriate and a good bargain. The staff at the Muncie, IN office was great as well. The last time we rented a car, the service was deplorable! We will continue to use Enterprise from now on!
Arrived in from LAX and had to take a Uber to enterprise where we ran into very bad traffic and I was late getting to enterprise and they lock the doors.thanks to Brian the Worker open the doors and allow me to get my Rent-A-Car and be on my merry way thank you Brian you were so helpful. Need more people like you in the world.
