Rented a car from Alamo on O’Farrell and had to do the return here. Deanna was so lovely during the whole return. She was super friendly from the get go and when we had an issue with our receipt/invoicing, she was quick to resolve the issue and was so patient and kind to us. They offer vast inventory of fabulous cars, and their customer service is amazing!! A big thank you to the incredible team who assisted me: Derritt, Adora and Deanna!
The customer service is totally a failure. The representative can argue with me and yell at me on the phone, without any patience or investigation of my problem. Other than that, refuse to give me their name, so that they can run away from a complaint. This is the most unpleasant conversation I had so far with any rental car. No further service will be considered with Enterprise.
After a horrible experience at another Enterprise location (Beach Street) Sylvia went above and beyond and was able to resolve an ongoing issue we were having with our rented vehicle, after no one would help us. Thank you Sylvia! We really appreciate your dedication to customer support.
