Quick and efficient!
Car was nice but the inside of the windshield was filthy and when I stopped an empty coke bottle rolled out from under the seat.
The price for my reservation 369463288 included all taxes and fees. However, the company charged me additional taxes and a fuel fee on the day I returned the car, even though the gas tank was full. I have photos as evidence and proof of this.
My National Car Rental Experience was excellent. There were at least two things that made San Francisco a difficult place to rent 1. The Rental place is too far away and directions to go up and down the train escalators take time. 2. The toll payment can be complicated without Fastrak in California. I am trying to pay direct to the State of California instead of going through National Car Rental at this time. Don't know if it will work.
