After using enterprise for nearly 20 years. They have permanently lost me as a customer. I had reservations with flight. When I arrived they refused to rent to me because I am from Washington wich they consider local. and I don't have a credit card. My entire trip is ruined. All three of my kids 2,5,and 6 had to sleep on the sidewalk like Hobo's. I have never been more angry in my entire life. Well I was told I could rent a specific vehicle but once I arrived to rent the car things changed. I was told I could rent my choice of three different cars. I chose one and then was told that's the only one they have so they need to keep it on the lot in case a customer specifically wants that car. So I chose a different one of the three and now the original deposit of $100 is gonna be $350. Needless to say I did not rent a car.
