After using enterprise for nearly 20 years. They have permanently lost me as a customer. I had reservations with flight. When I arrived they refused to rent to me because I am from Washington wich they consider local. and I don't have a credit card. My entire trip is ruined. All three of my kids 2,5,and 6 had to sleep on the sidewalk like Hobo's. I have never been more angry in my entire life.
