I purchased and piad for an aviary in full in Novemebr. The aviary was due mid january. It was then pushed to end of feb and now I find out it hasnt even been started. They have had $7500 of my funds and havent made a single step to produce the product. I am requesting a full refund and have made formal complaints to the small business ombudsman and the ACCC.
