David stayed open late to make me a new hydraulic hose. He was very personable and had a fantastic attitude. It was a pleasure and I appreciate the kindness.
Came in last week with a busted 1/4" high pressure hose attached to a truck-mounted carpet cleaning machine. Just needed to cut off the damaged hose and have a new fitting crimped on. Should have been cheap, quick, and easy. The manager or owner was very friendly and ready to help, but the tech behind the counter refused. He said any fitting he put on our hose would blow off.
