Tried selling my car to them and almost immediately after getting on the phone with David I could tell he wanted to get off the phone and make more sales calls. He tried ending the conversation a few times while I was still trying to explain and understand what he was getting at. He didn’t want to listen to me and even after I said “sounds like you want to get off the phone” he said “well I have more calls to make”. Contacted them on 12/24/2024 in regards to selling my 2024 GT4RS but only received an automated email from Hasan Amer. Emailed them back the requested info and pics per automated email. No response. Emailed again on 01/17/2024 as to why no response. Crickets. You would think some sort of response would have been initiated when dealing with high ticket items but I guess not from Exotic Auto. Traded it in for a GT3RS at a different dealership.
Hasan is the goat. He hooked it up and made the process very easy, quick and simple.
