Exotic did a phenomenal job replacing my bumper, aligning it properly, and even coating it. I see no difference from factory when I picked up my vehicle. I had a very bad experience last year with a previous shop up the street which replaced my bumper. They did a horrendous job and had to repaint my bumper 3 times. I ended up accepting the repair job as they didn't fix the bumper properly even after the 3rd time. Great Service
I was visiting from out of town when my rearview mirror snapped off. I had no appointment. So I stopped in, the manager said he’d take a look. Five minutes later it was fixed without a charge. Just kindness was offered. Appreciate that kind of service in these greedy days.
Gary and his team kept open communication with me the entire time and repaired my car better than I could have expected. Incredibly thankful. I also had to take my car in to Honda for a tire rotation and oil change and they said they did a full inspection and it looked great.
