Wow what a revelation in exercise & wellness! Love the experience (I’m impatient, so a 30 min workout works for me!) and the results are amazing Definitely time to give it a try and commit to your health

Amazing experience and I was referred to EMS by a friend. Whilst I was nervous at first, I now love it and go weekly. The team at Netural Bay are amazing, so friendly and also understand my body goals (flat stomach and toned arms of course) and I’ve had really great results so far. Sigrid and Hasan are the best coaches and offer a tailored program to help me achieve my goals in a sustainable way. EMS is a fun and efficient way to exercise and it made a huge difference in my fitness routine. I love it and find myself looking forward to the next session, which never happened before! The studio offers an intimate and personal vibe. If you are not into the big gym chains or super fitness factory, you will love it! I cannot recommend Exolt more!
