Amazing workout each time with Joao. He creates various challenges for me that have helped me move more closer towards my goals. He takes great care in all my movements making sure I do it the right way and avoid injuries. Love his energy and always look forward to a session. The staff here are amazing.
I’ve been going to Exolt for over a year now. Special thanks to Joao who guided me on this journey. Also love attending classes with other instructors. The entire team at Exolt has been supportive and encouraging. And meeting other “classmates “ are always fun as we exercise together. The atmosphere is always upbeat and everyone encourages each other. Love this place!!

71 is probably not an age where you might change your ways..oI don't like gyms never been to stretching classes or pilates. This exolt thing has taken me by surprise. I actually like going to see my instructor Joano.He is professional competent and most importantly caring not only to me but to the others in the class of which there are normally 2 or 3.. have benefitted by just going twice a week.I recommend the Exolt programs to my friends.Up to you which program you choose.Anywsy wish to be there for a lifetime.
