I have been training at EXOLT for nearly 3 years i have met some amazing people within the community and amazing trainers. Hermione has been incredible.! I have a bad lower back after my birth and she carefully modifies every exercise to keep me safe while still giving me a great workout not mentioning her great energy ! Thank you Sigrid for being so supportive and having a knowledgeable team Can't imagine life without EMS !
