I was a patient at the Winter Haven location a number of years ago, for a few years. I just went to another office to have my nexplanon implant redone. I cannot express the pain I had from the original practioner who placed my implant at Exodus, the lidocaine was all injected into one location which strung horribly, no time was given and I felt everything. I actually requested at this office not to numb me, she said just trust me I'm very gentle. She injected lidocaine in 4 small locations, did the implant, and I was complet... read more
I love my doctor i had her for many year never had a problem with her o the girls at front. A mi me gusta mi doctora yo me veo con ella por muchos años y nunca e tenido una mala experiencia con ella ni con las chicas de las oficinas.
Very friendly staff.but the sit,wait is more half hr,45 mins.hard to make appointments
