If you dont like to wait do not come here. Doctors and nurses are ok but the women working at reception/lobby are really bad. They tell you to be here on time for your appt but once you get here ON TIME they make you wait outside in the car on the sun for 30min to an hour over the scheduled time. They have to realize that we are pregnant women and is very uncomfortable to wait sitting in a car for that long when you are on time. If I could leave a zero I would!!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! The Nurses are nice but the Front Desk chics are AWFUL! Think her name is Madison... anyways have requested for her to send my files to my Dr for a referral for over 2 months and STILL to date she has not done so! The lack of care is impeccable!!!
Never had a problem until today! I was scheduled for results only and had to bring my 1 year old with me (I called at 8am they said it was fine my appointment was at 1130)(I have seen several people bring children before) i check in and was told he wasn't allowed I told her I called and they said I could when I was called back she told me to let them know as I'm waiting I see another mother with a baby!
