I have done business with Exodus title for years. They provide exceptional service. Tom Abbate is the best! He has gone above and beyond for me on many transactions!
Great service is provided by this title company. I have used Tom Abbate to close on many files and his service has always been superb.
They take forever to pay you. They say they mailed check and its been over a week and I still have not received it. Never again will I use this title company.
When someone terminates the contract during the Option Period, return their Earnest Money, as opposed to keeping it. It is not your money. You are the third party, and you should not be stealing people's money.
Do not use this Title Company. They do not return your Earnest Money check to you. We terminated a real estate transaction within the option period time, and they are refusing to mail or deliver our check. They say it is the Real Estate Company's job to get us the check, but the check was made out to this Title Company, and they cashed it. If you use this Company, know that you will likely not get your money back if you terminate during the option period!!
