Mauricio & Jr. was insanely fast! Best deal out there 100%
Only booked 2 days in advance. Luckily they had availability. The guy in the office that took my call was very cheerful and accommodating. The crew showed up on time. They worked very hard. They were very respectful and kind. They took time to hook up the washer and drier and put things together that we asked. Would definitely recommend them for another move.
Absolutely amazing customer service from the beginning to the end. Maurice and Gael were fast efficient moved us in the exact quoted time. Super fast and well organized. Nothing was broken or damaged would highly recommend. 10/10
One Star - Terrible Service First, I specifically asked for the movers to arrive at 9am because my apartment has strict freight elevator rules. Instead, they called me at 7:30am, saying they’d be at my place by 8am. This forced me to hunt down a maintenance worker and insist that the elevators be started early, as I didn’t want to be charged for the movers showing up outside the agreed time.
