My daughter was completely taken advantage of by CHANTAL. She was texting me in tears that she attempting to tell her to stop hacking into her hair. Chantal was rude, kept walking away to answer phone calls and texts. Set the hair line super low and told my daughter "she didn't know what she was talking about". I was a client of hers for about a year. Her attitude was very hit or miss—some days she’d be cool, other days she’d have a nasty disposition. I dealt with it because I liked how my hair came out, but it really just depended on her mood that day.
