I stopped in yesterday during staffed hours and the place was indeed not staffed. I had called previously in the day and no answer. I tried calling again today to no avail. I'm glad that I discovered this is the case with this establishment before I spent my money there. Obviously will be seeking other venues
The owner of this gym is very unprofessional. My husband and I have been trying to cancel our gym membership for 2 years, and the owner will not let us cancel over the phone due to their "policy." (Please keep in mind that we longer live in Omaha). We asked him multiple times to send us over a copy of our agreement and will not do so due to the contract having OUR own personal information.
