i will say,i like the unit, its decent, clean. The app for the gate gave me a error on the second and third time going there, that was frustrating. One thing that was super annoying is all these documents they send you upon renting. One after the other after the other. Ridiculous! My email was filled with over 7 emails. I find it extreme for a storage unit. I also had some person blocking my unit for the 1st 2 days, i did ask him to move but he was there yet again later in the day directly in front!
I only needed temp storage while selling my house. Nice place, convenient and it worked out perfectly. Easy to rent, reasonable (except for the lock I had to buy which is useless for anything else) and easy access. I like the app for opening the gate.
