Great experience with this company. Joe was so very helpful and friendly.
Exo-RV had been highly recommended to us by some friends that have used them for many years, so we decided to try them. Wow! How nice to work with Joe and Joey they were Awesome! Our RV is almost three years old and from day one the refrigerator door did not open properly, (needed a plastic putty knife to open) it has been in to the dealer multiple times to fix to no avail. I am from out of town. This father, son duo came highly recommended from some friends. I met them and had them do some work on my RV. The roof, refrigerator, Generator and hot water heater. The refrigerator door has not been working since I purchased the RV, Joe fixed it. I would recommend them to anyone as they are respectful, knowledgeable, and reasonable! Joe has come in clutch. I’m actually doing my own repairs due to being out of state but Joe helped any way he could. If you are looking for an rv repair guy who to me thoroughly enjoys repairing RV’s he’s the guy. Caring enough to help with easy (complex to me) troubleshooting shows his true colors. Honesty is a rare quality in customer service and even sales. Thanks Joe!
