do not work with this broker can cancel load, probably they keep you on the load till they find cheaper carrier Don't recommend them

They laid off the entire team I worked with on a random tuesday, didn't tell any of the customers, and then sent an email saying "nothing about your relationship with EXO changes. You'll still be working with the same dedicated team" Unethical and dishonest behavior.

EXO, is the worst company to book with. I dealt with Larry who is rude and unprofessional and is the biggest liar. These kind of brokers make it bad for everyone else this is the worst company. Do not book a load with them you will not get paid. They will deny your payment and your this company deserve to be closed down. The people they having working for them are the worst.

who ever posted this load Glen Burnie, MD--->Jackson, TN i think they forse this guy to work or one of his parents died recently not very nice to talk that way not even explained the situation he said delivery on 3rd i asked on 3rd of what and he sweared inside his ming and hang on never booking again with this company

Just not been nice to deal with, They can't answer their phones, I called on a load, filled out a carrier pkt within 3 minutes, They gave the load to someone else, Wasted my time, I don't need to deal with people like that, Besides the point they weren't knowledgeable about the equipment. I knew exactly what the equipment was and how to haul it but my 20 years of experience meant nothing
