Michael was a fantastic partner. Helping with the permits, surveys, build and to end the process. Quality of work was excellent with our two house sidewalks, aprons and ADA ramps . Michael did great work in spite of a dysfunctional city of Miami permitting process.

Service was excellent. This company came in an completed required permit work in order the sell the property in Miami Gardens. They had knowledge of the process and was transparent from beginning to end. I definitely recommend them.

My husband and I sold our home in Miami Gardens a couple of months ago. Prior to the closing, the City informed us we needed to replace two dirt driveway approaches with cement filled approaches that extended pass the sidewalk to the road; which required pulling Permits.
