We had a nightmare start to our holiday when the thermo fan bearing failed and fan punched a hole in radiator. We were stuck on Yardie Creek road. Exmouth service centre recovered our car. They ordered parts for car and fixed it in a couple of days. We can't thank them enough for keeping us informed and up-to-date on the progress such a helpful and friendly team who truly are professionals. Thanks to all your help and great priced service we are now able to enjoy our holidays here in Exmouth.
Quite possibly the worst garage I have ever been to. Failed to follow simple instructions. Broke the key to my van and refused to replace it. Staff were incredibly rude. Possibly because I am foreign I get treated worse than a local.
These legends booked us in with little notice. We needed a set a wheel bearings done on our brand new boat trailer just driven from Perth. Concerned whether it would make it home or not and noting others in town were not interested in assisting for "weeks" these guys got us in within a couple of days, knocked out the works and put our mind at ease. Will definitely be back if ever required on our annual Exxy trip.
I would like to give the Exmouth service centre thumbs up. Had a turbo hose split when i was in town in school holidays and they made time to get my car in and order part's and back in 2 days. Thank you so much, customer service second to none.
Our first impression wasn’t great. I was told to "put on a shirt" as soon as I walked in, which came across as rude. I was wearing a gym top and shorts on a hot day, while other customers were barefoot, but we continued because we had limited options. After our first visit, we noticed our key had been badly bent. When dropping the vehicle off the next day, we raised the issue. The key was returned mostly straightened, but no one acknowledged the damage.
