Currently under observation for a couple of hours so I have the time to write the review. I just couldn't fault anyone nor anything at the hospital. Everyone is so friendly and made me feel so welcome. I can't say I'll be back (this is not a restaurant after all, and I'm only on holidays here), but just a huge thank thank you to all!!
Staff were so friendly and attentive, especially Deb, Michelle (?), Zoey and some others I can't remember. Were really friendly and kind, excellent experience!
Last Monday 11 August 2025 I suffered broken ribs, punctured lung, kidney and liver damage due to a fall from jetty to boat. Admitted and meticulously examined and cared for by all very efficient staff including Dr Dawn. Despatched by RFDS after midnight and arrived at RPH early hours of Tuesday morning. I can't thank you all enough for your prompt diagnosis and management skills. Treatment now ongoing, looks like I've been hit by a truck but alive. Thanks one and all. Regards Steve
Exceptional service. Much better than the experience I have had at the big hospitals in Perth. I was seen straight away even though they were also dealing with other patients at the time. The doctor and nurse explained my treatment clearly, were very efficient and super friendly. Thanks Exmouth ED!
