In unserem gemieteten Wohnmobil war der Kühlschrank irreparabel defekt. Der bereits in Geraldton ausgetauschte Zünder war erneut abgebrannt, der Kühlschrank ohne Funktion, dessen Betrieb höchst gefährlich. David hat die Fehlerursache klar und ruhig erklärt, hat den Kühlschrank auf Gas deaktiviert und beim Vermieter THL ein Approval eingeholt für einen mobilen Ersatz-Kühlschrank, mit dem wir unsere Reise fortsetzen konnten. We can’t thank Dave and the team at Exmouth Caravans enough! We’d been without running water in our motorhome for several days and came in looking for a part to fix the problem. When that didn’t work, we returned the next morning and Dave stopped what he was doing and went above and beyond to help us. He cleaned out the filters, sorted the issue, and got us back up and running. The service and attitude were exceptional. Absolute legend. All staff were helpful nice. David especially was really nice and tried his best to help as much as he could with our issues. Super helpful. Can really tell he enjoys his job. Honestly couldnt have picked a better place to trust my caravan with. Super happy thank you so much again. Highly recomend ! We had our caravan serviced. And couple warranty jobs done. And the workshop was so clean ! Great place honestly.
