Awesome staff and great range of caravan, camping and 4wding gear
Had work done here a few years ago so while we were back in Exmouth we had our new caravan full service done and very happy with work and cost
Dave and his team are amazing. They went above & beyond to assist us to have a new awning replaced under insurance and even contacted the insurer on our behalf to press the urgency of getting a fast approval. The community of Exmouth are very fortunate to have such a professional business in their area. Highly recommended Exmouth Caravans to all travellers for their caravanning needs.
We recently had our caravan serviced by Dave and couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and the customer service we received. It’s so refreshing to find people who take pride in their work and know how to deliver great service. We have no hesitation in recommending Exmouth Caravans.
Would not recommend. What the owner has written is a complete lie! Question: Did you or any of your staff enter our caravan to diagnose the issue? My husband did NOT swear at you. You were unhelpful, angry and very unfriendly - best you choose a job that is not customer service. This business has no competition and this may be a reason for treating customers like this. For the record we are NOT blacklisted from Zone RV - our van is under warranty. Just be truthful you did not want to do a warranty job.
